Listed below are some of our major product capabilities: 

Electric Motor Brushplates 

Trillium International manufactures plastic, phenolic and busbar brushplate assemblies for the automotive aftermarket industry. Applications include blower motors and power wiper motors. 

Electrical Vehicle Controller and Harness 

Trillium is driving the pace of personal electric vehicle development by designing and manufacturing complete electrical systems for vehicles used in retirement communities, golfing and more. Utilizing state-of-the-art electronic controls with up to several thousand lines of programming code, we have developed the complete electrical system including sensors, multiplexing harnesses, and embedded logic-high-power controllers. 

Solenoids

Trillium can manufacture a variety of specialty designed solenoid assemblies for applications such as electric starting systems and motion control requirements. 

Actuators 

Using advanced automotive technology, Trillium utilized its expertise in this field to develop an electric chute rotation system for use on snowthrowers. When incorporated with the complete electrical system and heated handgrips, our system provides a vastly superior, more upscale snowthrower with minimal manufacturing investment for our customers. 

Connector Assemblies 

Trillium manufactures and designs multiple electro-mechanical assemblies for customers who require connectors or adapters to mate two incompatible products functionally together. 

Linear Position Sensor 

Trillium offers standard or custom designed Hall Effect Sensors for timing, speed and position sensing. This unit senses gear teeth presence and outputs a corresponding digital signal. 

Modular Cockpit Assemblies 

Utilizing state-of-the-art J.I.T. Staging & Sequencing Contract Services, we manage the production of complete modular automotive cockpit assemblies. This process we manage enables delivery of the entire unit to the nearby OEM production facility in a matter of minutes from the time of receiving the order for a specifically configured cockpit. 

Specialty Switches 

Designed for unique applications and to solve unusual and challenging problems, our specialty switches range from simple to complex, mechanical to electronic. With operator interface requirements and environmental sealing issues being considered, all of our products initially begin as a custom design to fill a void in the marketplace.

Cord Rewinders 

UL approved for wet/dry use, our cord rewinders have clockwise and/or counter-clockwise winding of 16-20 gauge, dual conductor, double insulated cord of up to 30 feet in length. (custom sizes available). Mounting configurations are designed for each unique customer application. Present applications are for consumer products. 

Fuel Senders, Fuel Level Senders and Tube & Flange Assemblies 

Utilizing our tube forming, tube bending, welding and assembly skills, Trillium produces a variety of these assemblies for the OEM and aftermarket industry. 

Instrument Cluster Modules

Our dash module assemblies are custom designed micro-processor based complete instrument clusters utilizing stepper motor technology.

Transmission Speed Sensors 

Trillium manufactures Transmission Speed Sensors utilizing hall effect technology which outputs a digital signal when it senses the presence of gear teeth. 

Complex Wire Assemblies 

By utilizing a “Manage the Interface” (MTI) concept, Trillium provides complete Electrical System program Management to our customers and thus successfully integrates all of the electrical and mechanical system components for a complete and comprehensive design.
